Responsibilities:

•  Collect, sort, and weigh soiled laundry with care, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
• Identify items requiring special stain removal treatment, showcasing your attention to detail.
• Follow established guidelines to sort, count, and wash laundry, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Fold, stack, and distribute clean laundry to residents, adding a personal touch to brighten their day.
• Maintain the sparkle in the laundry room, contributing to a positive atmosphere with your sweeping, dusting, and mopping skills.
• Adhere to safety precautions and use equipment and supplies responsibly to create a secure workplace.
• Practice proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions, showcasing your expertise.
• Ensure a ready supply of laundry/linen, anticipating and meeting the daily needs of our residents.
• Embrace other duties as assigned with enthusiasm and a team-first attitude.
